The Primrose Hill Patient Participation Group was formed in 2013.
A small voluntary committee of patients works to establish a communication route between the surgery and its patients, and to help the surgery in encouraging patients to take responsibility for their own health. We aim to both challenge and support the practice, telling them what it is like to be on the receiving end of services.
We organise regular open meetings at Primrose Hill Community Library for patients to hear directly from our local doctors about what they offer, and from expert speakers on health issues.
The PPG also informs members about opportunities to have input into other local health services through surveys, meetings or taking part in specialist groups.
We would like as wide a representation as possible in our list, patients of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicity are welcome.
